This service assists clients in meeting federal requirements for bankruptcy approval through personalized financial assessments with certified credit counselors.

Intake Procedure: To schedule a counseling appointment, please call. According to bankruptcy regulations, consumers must receive counseling within six months prior to filing. If clients decide to file more than six months after their initial counseling session, they will need to arrange another meeting with a qualified bankruptcy counselor.

Fees: A fee of $50 per household applies to clients whose income exceeds 150% of the Federal Poverty Level, while clients at or below this threshold are not charged any fees.
