Intake Procedure: Users should visit the website to set up an account. Those using smartphones or tablets must download the mobile application. While appointments are not available, the average wait time to connect with a doctor is usually under five minutes. After a consultation, users can add the doctor to their "favorite doctors list" and request them for future visits if they are available.
Fees: Video visits cost $49, while e-visits are $25. Payments can be made using credit cards, debit cards, or Health Savings Account (HSA) cards. If an in-person visit is needed for diagnosis, the fee will be refunded.
Who can use this
- Video Visit: Individuals in Washington with access to a computer, laptop, tablet, or smartphone equipped with a webcam can participate. During the virtual visit, the provider will assess if the health issue is suitable for remote care. Users must have either a computer with a webcam and the Chrome browser or a mobile device with a camera and the Doctor On Demand app installed (available for both Apple and Android). E-Visit: Internet access is required.
