About this resource
Offers transitional housing where guests can participate in classes such as Rent Well, parenting, and life skills, and must engage with a case manager.
Intake Process: Call to leave a message including your name, phone number, and the size of your family.
Fees: A background check is mandatory at $15 per adult, along with an initial urinalysis fee of $15 per adult. An initial deposit of $150 per adult is required, which is refundable if the resident maintains their room properly upon departure. Additionally, a class fee of $35 per adult is required, and a deposit of 30% of all household income must be contributed to the "Family Fund." This fund is intended to assist with housing expenses like rent or utilities and will be returned to the resident upon leaving the shelter, with a maximum holding period of one year.
Who can use this
- Families experiencing homelessness with minor children, limited to five members, who adhere to income guidelines, maintain sobriety, and are either seeking or currently employed.
