This online resource is designed for residents of New York State, enabling them to assess their eligibility for a range of human services benefit programs and to submit applications online for the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) and the Home Energy Assistance Program (HEAP). Completing the eligibility assessment takes approximately 10 minutes, and no personal data is retained after leaving the site.
