Provides home-based assistance and education for expectant mothers, families, and children from birth to age 3.

Who can use this
- Eligible participants include pregnant women and low-income families with children from birth to age 3, particularly those who are homeless or have children in foster care. Families must be receiving SNAP, TANF, or SSI, and their income should not exceed 100% of the Federal Poverty Level. Priority is given to families with the greatest needs, and they must reside in or near specific areas such as Yesler Terrace, High Point, New Holly, Wilcox Center, Tukwila, SeaTac, Skyway, and Burien. Special consideration is given to children with special needs.
