About this resource
This program provides transitional housing along with comprehensive case management and various related services to families experiencing homelessness who have children under the age of 18. Availability is limited, and referrals are accepted from local shelters when spots become available.
Intake Process: Referrals are sourced from local shelters, with a restricted number of openings each year. It is advisable for families to reach out to Coordinated Entry for additional housing and shelter alternatives. Typically, the program accommodates 15-17 households annually.
Fees: There are no fees associated with this program.

- Families must be homeless and have children under 18 years of age.
