About this resource
We provide bail posting services in King, Pierce, and Snohomish Counties in Washington State, and we are unable to assist with bail requests from outside these counties.
Intake Process: You can submit requests via our website or by phone.
Fees: There are no fees involved.
Who can use this
- NCBF gives priority to requests from Black, Indigenous, people of color, and transgender individuals due to the unequal effects of the criminal justice system, along with factors such as health issues, pregnancy, risk of job loss, housing instability, caretaking duties, and potential family separations. Please include comprehensive information when making a request.
