About this resource
Offers a toll-free, centralized intake, advisory, and referral service aimed at assisting low-income seniors (60+) who require legal support for civil issues.
Intake Procedure: Individuals can either call or apply through the website. For cases related to government benefits or housing loss (excluding foreclosure), an online application must be completed. CLEAR will assess the application, and if the client qualifies for services, they will receive a callback during business hours. Clients with different legal concerns can start the intake process online but will need to contact the CLEAR Hotline to complete it. Submitting the application online can expedite the intake process for clients.
Fees: There are no charges.
Who can use this
- Individuals aged 60 and crime victims may qualify for extra assistance, regardless of financial status.
