About this resource
This program provides legal guidance, support, and representation to homeowners with low to moderate incomes who are at risk of losing their primary residence due to foreclosure. It specifically assists those whose income is under 400% of the federal poverty level.
Intake Process: You can call at any time to leave a message, which should include your name, phone number, and any deadlines or notices you've received. Calls will be returned within 48 business hours, usually between 1-5pm. Clients who wish to communicate in ASL via video phone should be directed to CLEAR*ASL.
Cost: There are no fees for this service.
Who can use this
- Eligible homeowners must be under 400% of the Federal Poverty Level and include specific household members when calculating household size.
