Provides financial support for specialized equipment and medical treatments for individuals with visual or auditory disabilities through Patient Care Grants from local Lions Clubs. Applicants must have an income at or below 133% of the Federal Poverty Level.
Intake Procedure: To apply, visit the website to locate your nearest Lions Club and email them directly. Please refrain from contacting the Northwest Lions Foundation, as they do not engage directly with clients.
Fees: There are no fees associated with this program.

- Individuals aged 18 and older with low income and visual or hearing impairments, earning at or below 133% of the Federal Poverty Level.
