About this resource
This initiative provides complimentary glasses to those in need. To participate, individuals must present a recommendation letter from a non-profit organization along with a valid prescription at LensCrafters, Pearle Vision, Sears Optical, or Target Optical.
Intake Procedure: Contact OneSight to locate the nearest participating store. After that, reach out to LensCrafters, Sears Optical, Target Optical, and corporately owned Pearle Vision locations to schedule an appointment. When making the appointment, inform the optical center that you are part of the OneSight program.
Fees: There are no costs involved.
Who can use this
- To qualify, participants need a recommendation letter from a local non-profit confirming their financial and eyewear needs, which must be on official letterhead and include the organization's tax ID. Additionally, a prescription issued within the last two years is required, and the demonstration of need may differ based on the non-profit.
