This service looks into reports of abuse that may involve physical harm or injury, financial exploitation, emotional or verbal abuse, involuntary confinement, wrongful restraint, unwanted sexual advances, abandonment by caregivers, neglect in providing essential care, or self-neglect (which occurs when individuals are unable to care for themselves due to cognitive limitations, potentially resulting in harm).
