About this resource

This initiative provides support to homeowners whose properties were impacted or destroyed by wildfires and/or straight-line winds in 2020. The assistance encompasses: -Repairing or replacing damaged stick-built or manufactured homes -Constructing a new stick-built home on owned or leased land -Replacing a damaged manufactured home on property owned, leased, or for which a lease will be secured -Acquiring a stick-built or manufactured home that is already set up. It does not cover any expenses already incurred by homeowners for repairs or restorations. New homeowners of properties affected by the disaster are ineligible for HARP assistance. The program also does not extend to second homes, foreclosed properties, recreational vehicles, campers, detached structures, unpermitted housing units, mixed-use buildings, and multiplexes with five or more units.

  • -Homeowners whose properties were damaged or destroyed by wildfires and/or straight-line winds in 2020 -Must have at least $3,000 in remaining construction repairs -Property must be the primary residence -Must be current or on a payment plan for mortgage and property taxes
