  • -Households impacted by the 2020 wildfires and straight-line winds, including the 242, Almeda, Archie Creek, Beachie Creek, Echo Mountain, Holiday Farm, Lionshead, Riverside, and South Obenchain fires -Applicants must have resided in an affected county during the disasters -Household income must be at or below 120% of the Area Median Income (AMI) -For Rent/Utility Assistance: Monthly housing expenses must exceed 30% of the household's adjusted gross monthly income or the housing must be inadequate, unsafe, or unsanitary, with costs for compliant housing exceeding 30% of the household's income.
