It encompasses domesticated farm animals, including bees, and offers help in large animal crisis situations, like rescuing a cow stuck in mud or assisting a horse that has fallen in a stall, as well as managing animals trapped in overturned trailers. An online pre-registration form is available for livestock owners to facilitate direct communication during disasters. Those who register may receive coordination for evacuation, response assistance, guidelines for evacuation, resource information, and communication support tailored to individual large animal emergencies. There are also opportunities for volunteers.
