This initiative aids low-income homeowners on the Long Beach Peninsula in repairing and revitalizing their residences, focusing on health, safety, and independence.
Application Process: Interested individuals can reach out to Nicole at Senior Information & Assistance by calling 360-642-3634 x2210 to submit their application, which will then be sent to the Board for evaluation.
Fees: Costs are determined on a sliding scale, where homeowners may be required to pay nothing, half of the repair expenses, or the total amount minus labor, depending on their income and family size.
Who can use this
- To qualify, homes must be the primary residence of the client, owned by them, and situated on the Long Beach Peninsula, with all applicants undergoing screening by the Senior Information and Assistance Office based on set income and property value criteria.
