About this resource
This initiative provides a range of home repair services, which can encompass carpentry, minor plumbing, painting, minor electrical tasks, debris removal, weatherization, energy efficiency improvements, and the installation of grab bars and handrails. Nonprofit community facilities are also eligible to apply. While yard work is not a main service, it may be performed if necessary as part of a larger project and if volunteers are available. Assistance cannot be provided for rental properties, duplexes, homes recently purchased that need repairs, or properties facing foreclosure or lien enforcement actions.

Fees: There are no fees associated with the services.
