About this resource
This program offers a 15-hour tenant education course that is segmented into 12 sections, available for participation in-person, via Zoom, or as a self-paced eCourse. The curriculum includes topics such as fair housing regulations, the rental screening process, eviction procedures, credit repair and enhancement, building a housing portfolio, maintaining a healthy living environment, and addressing past evictions, criminal records, or other challenges.
Intake Procedure: Check the website for current class schedules or to complete an assessment for the eCourse. Additional intake processes may differ by hosting agency.
Fees: The cost ranges from $0 to $60 based on the hosting agency, while the eCourse is offered free of charge.
