About this resource
The waitlist is currently closed as of March 15, 2018. This program provides both subsidized and market-rate housing options across Renton aimed at low-income families, including designated units for low-income seniors and individuals with disabilities.
Intake Process: As the waitlist is closed, individuals should check the website for application instructions when it reopens. For inquiries or assistance, you can call or visit the RHA office.
Cost: Rent and utilities will amount to 30% of the adjusted gross monthly income.
Who can use this
- Eligibility is limited to households earning at or below 60% of the Area Median Income, with additional provisions for low-income seniors aged 55 and above and individuals with disabilities.
