Road To Hope
Community Resource
About this resource
This initiative delivers a secure and nurturing home-like environment for pregnant women and mothers with children. Residents can enter at any stage of their pregnancy and may remain for about a year after their baby is born. They receive assistance with accessing OB/GYN care, completing high school or GED, finding employment, budgeting, individual counseling, advocacy, case management, enhancing parenting skills, and working towards family reunification. Participation in a faith-based worship service of their choice is mandatory. The program accommodates mothers with one additional child, subject to available space, but does not accept couples or individuals with pets.
Intake Procedure: Interested individuals should call for an appointment or fill out a form on the website. A comprehensive interview with program staff is necessary for accessing residential services.
Fees: The main maternity home is provided at no cost, while transitional and graduate housing incurs a nominal monthly fee.
