Fees: Standard fees are fixed and depend on the size of the apartment and the property. There is a $40 application fee for each resident. For specific community details, please contact us. Inquire about manager specials. We accept vouchers and financial aid programs such as Section 8, HEN, and others, including promissory notes from agencies and co-signer assistance. SHAG collaborates with Housing Connector and The Guarantors.
