This organization offers complimentary legal advice clinics aimed at individuals with low income. Residents of Thurston County should contact CLEAR for eligibility assessment and to consult with an attorney. CLEAR will direct clients to Sound Legal Aid when suitable. For those living in Mason, Grays Harbor, Pacific, and Lewis counties, they can reach out directly at 360-705-8194.
Intake Process: To set up an appointment, call 888-201-1014 or 888-387-7111 for seniors. After CLEAR conducts a screening, staff from Sound Legal Aid will reach out to arrange attendance at a legal clinic. Individuals requiring protection orders or facing urgent family law issues should contact us directly at 360-705-8194. Residents of Gray's Harbor can alternatively call 844-211-6916.
Costs: There are no fees for this service.

- Individuals whose income is at or below 200% of the poverty level.
