About this resource
This program provides complimentary legal advice and representation for low-income families involved in eviction proceedings in Thurston County. For assistance, individuals can drop in by 8:30am on Fridays for either representation or advice. There are no fees associated with this service.
Who can use this
- Eligibility is limited to individuals at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level, with court representation available only for residents of Thurston County. Residents from other counties should contact Sound Legal Aid at 360-705-8194 to inquire about potential legal assistance. Legal advice on landlord-tenant matters is also accessible for residents of Thurston, Mason, Grays Harbor, and Pacific Counties.
