This service provides a hotline and message system for tenants dealing with housing or landlord conflicts who require guidance on renters' rights. It also includes online materials covering evictions, terminations, discrimination, retaliation, habitability, repairs, as well as guides on leases, deposits, and fees.
Intake Procedure: For more details, either call or visit the website. If you choose to call, please leave a short message describing your issue. Note that this is a voicemail service, and responses may take several days to a week.
