Intake Procedure: Contact via phone or visit the website to find locations. Be aware that phone wait times can be lengthy due to high call volume. Individuals seeking referrals may need to supply personal identifying information, such as full names and birth dates for all members of the household, along with their street address and phone number.

Who can use this
- Households with low income. Each household is limited to one order every 30 days.

- Some locations may require proof of ID and address (unless houseless)
