This program provides stable, permanent housing for individuals in Whatcom County who have previously been homeless and face various behavioral health challenges.
Intake Process: Reach out to the Opportunity Council's Homeless Service Center for assistance.
Costs: Rent is calculated at 30% of the tenant's income.
Who can use this
- Applicants must fulfill the HUD criteria for disability and demonstrate a behavioral health requirement.
