This service includes a 30-minute consultation with a lawyer, provided there is one available who specializes in the relevant area of law. During the consultation, lawyers might review certain legal documents. Please note that this program is not intended for low-income individuals and email communication is preferred.

Intake Procedure: Walk-in services are not available; this is strictly a phone service. You should call and leave a message, and they will respond within two business days, or sooner if possible. If you do not receive a response, it is advisable to call again, as they operate with limited staff.

Fees: There is a referral fee of $40 for all cases, except for those related to disability claims or appeals, and catastrophic injuries. Any charges incurred beyond the initial 30 minutes will be negotiated directly between you and the attorney at standard rates.
