About this resource
This service runs a nationwide 24-hour, toll-free hotline dedicated to crisis intervention and suicide prevention for trans individuals and their families and friends. The hotline is operated solely by volunteers who identify as trans.
Intake Procedure: Simply call the hotline. If you are a family member or friend seeking support, you can request the Family & Friends Line, and an operator will arrange a callback from a Family & Friends representative who has personal experience in supporting trans individuals.
Fees: There are no charges for this service.
Who can use this
- Individuals who are trans, gender non-conforming, or questioning their gender identity.
