About this resource
This initiative provides temporary shelter in a motel setting for up to 60 medically vulnerable adults, offering private rooms for individuals facing homelessness. It facilitates connections to housing and support services aimed at helping guests regain stability, access essential resources, and find permanent housing solutions.
Intake Procedure: Placement is conducted through other Transition Projects shelters, and self-referrals are not accepted.
Fees: There are no associated costs.
Who can use this
- Individuals currently residing in Transition Projects shelters who are evaluated by the wellness access team.
