About this resource
This program is exclusively for undocumented immigrants in Benton-Franklin Counties, providing one-time emergency aid for those facing crises who cannot access state or federal assistance due to their legal status.
Intake Process: Applicants must be referred by a reliable source familiar with their situation, such as a school, counselor, pastor, or another non-profit organization. The referring agency is required to complete and send an application to TCIC via email. Upon approval, a check ranging from $250 to $400 will be mailed or can be picked up at the office.
Fees: There are no fees involved.
Who can use this
- Undocumented immigrants in Benton-Franklin Counties experiencing unforeseen circumstances who cannot access other benefits, requiring a referral from a TCIC-recognized community organization. The applicant must have the necessary documentation and the ability to cash checks.
