About this resource
Health-related social needs (HRSN) encompass fundamental requirements that influence an individual's health. The program offers assistance to qualifying members with essential needs such as help with rent payments, utility bills, tenant support, and storage costs.

Fees: No fees apply.
Who can use this
- Eligible Trillium members must be 65 or older, have children aged 0-5, be pregnant or have given birth in the last year, or have a qualifying health condition; additionally, they must have a household income at or below 30% of the local average, require housing support, possess a lease or rental agreement, lack resources to avoid homelessness, and can only access HRSN housing services once in their lifetime.
