This program offers rent assistance to residents of North Seattle, and it does not require an eviction notice. Additionally, move-in support may be available for individuals relocating into or within the service area.
Intake Procedure: Applications can be submitted online.
Fees: There are no fees involved.
Who can use this
- Residents living in ZIP codes 98103, 98105, 98115, and 98125 are eligible. Move-in assistance is specifically for those moving into or within the service area. An eviction notice is not needed for rent assistance, but applicants must provide their landlord's or manager's contact information for verification, which will be confirmed by phone. Financial assistance is limited to one time per individual from the agency.
