UHS Primary Care operates in three locations: Candor at 54 Main St, Newark Valley at 119 Whig St, and Owego at 42 W Main St, with contact numbers 607-659-7272, 607-642-5211, and 607-687-0350 respectively. The hours of operation are Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm for Candor and Newark Valley, and from 7 am to 5 pm for Owego. For intake, please call for more information. Fees may vary.
