This service provides counseling, representation, and advocacy for a range of immigration issues, including: -Naturalization and citizenship -Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) -Adjustments to permanent resident status (green card) for parolees, refugees/asylees, and family-based cases -Renewal or replacement of permanent resident cards (green cards) -Fiancée visa petitions -Immigrant visa applications for spouses, children, and siblings -Petitions to remove conditional status -Travel documents, re-entry permits, and Advance Parole -Employment authorization documents (work permits) -Replacement of I-94 Cards (Arrival/Departure Cards) -Extensions for non-immigrant visas -Waiver applications for grounds of inadmissibility and excludability -Relative petitions for refugees/asylees -Requests for waivers of immigration fees or applications -Affidavits of Support -Assistance during interviews at U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) offices.
