The service also includes language interpretation and document translation. Their interactive website features tools for locating educational resources, child care, elder care, online articles, referrals to military and community resources, financial calculators, live online workshops known as Webinars, and the option to email a consultant. Additionally, there are short videos that tackle issues like couple communication, budgeting, and anger management. The program includes up to six in-person counseling sessions covering topics like normal reactions to unusual situations (e.g., combat), relationship issues, work/life balance, grief and loss, deployment adjustment, stress management, and parenting.
