About this resource
This initiative allows Utah residents diagnosed with Type I, II, or gestational diabetes who are dependent on insulin for treatment to acquire certain brands of insulin at lower costs. It is mainly aimed at individuals lacking health insurance or those whose insurance plans impose high deductibles. The eligible brands include Lantus, Toujeo, Novolin, Novolog, and various Novo brand mixed insulins.
Who can use this
- Applicants must be legal Utah residents, diagnosed with diabetes, using insulin for treatment, and cannot be employees or dependents of employees of the State of Utah or PEHP, where insulin-related benefits are provided.
