About this resource

This initiative aids veterans in navigating VA and community services. Offered services may encompass short-term case management, onsite primary care, and access to medical, mental health, and substance abuse treatment, as well as VA housing programs such as the Grant and Per Diem program, HUD/VASH, Veterans Recovery House, and Supportive Service for Veteran Families (SSVF) for those who qualify. These grants typically do not provide immediate assistance, may be one-time only, and can include case management. Support is available for locating market-rate or subsidized housing and connecting with community housing programs. Additionally, assistance is offered for speeding up VA Benefit claims and accessing employment programs like Supported Employment, the Veterans Reintegration program, and State employment. Onsite resources include computers, clothing, and hygiene items.

Intake Procedure: Individuals can walk in or call to schedule an appointment. For outreach, a call can be made if in-person attendance is not possible.

Travel/Location: Located at the 1st and Oak Street MAX stop.

Fees: There are no fees associated with the services.
