About this resource
This program provides vocational rehabilitation services for eligible injured workers. Applications can be obtained from the hospital or doctor's office where the initial treatment was received and must be submitted within one year from the date of the injury.
Intake Procedure: You can either call or visit in person to enroll.
Fees: There are no fees associated with this service.
