About this resource
This initiative supports children with disabilities aged 20 and below in the Pacific Northwest in securing medical and adaptive equipment or therapy services that insurance does not cover. It offers partial financial assistance for costly items.
Intake Procedure: Fill out the online form to receive the Application for Assistance Form via email.
Fees: The program provides partial funding for expensive items.
Who can use this
- Residents of Oregon, Washington, Idaho, and California who are 20 years old or younger and have special needs.
