About this resource
This program provides a 4-day summer backpacking experience in the wild backcountry specifically designed for teenagers. Participants will engage in outdoor activities such as hiking, cooking, and sleeping under the stars while discovering new methods to cope with grief. The experience integrates daily practices with the natural rhythms of wilderness living. All necessary gear will be supplied for the teens.

- Teens aged 13-17 and Young Adults aged 18-25 who are dealing with grief from a death.
