About this resource
This initiative provides welcome home packages that include mattresses, bedding, and necessary household items to aid individuals as they transition from homelessness to stable living conditions. It also offers furniture and basic home setup support to help participants create stable households.

Who can use this
- Participants must have referrals from partner agencies or a case manager and self-referrals are not accepted.
