- -Reside in an area served by Xfinity Internet -Be eligible for programs such as the National School Lunch Program, housing assistance, Medicaid, SNAP, etc. -Not have subscribed to Xfinity Internet in the past 90 days -No unpaid debts to Comcast/Xfinity that are less than one year old
