Health-related social needs (HRSN) refer to fundamental requirements that influence a person's health. These benefits are designed to assist qualifying members with essential needs, such as help with rent payments, utility bills, tenant support, and storage costs. Members are eligible for HRSN housing services only once throughout their lifetime.

Who can use this
- Members of Yamhill Community Care must meet the following criteria: -Be 65 years or older, have children aged 0-5, be pregnant or have given birth within the last year, or have a qualifying health condition -Have a household income at or below 30% of the average annual income in their area -Require assistance to maintain housing -Possess a lease or written rental agreement -Lack the means to avoid homelessness.
