This program provides clinical and school-based assistance to adolescents dealing with substance use and various life challenges. It incorporates the Contingency Management Protocol, a harm reduction strategy for substance use.

- Youth aged 12-18 enrolled in 4J or Bethel School District High Schools facing substance use or mental health issues.
