About this resource
Delivers personalized physical therapy services to seniors within their residences. This may encompass rehabilitation for both pre and post-surgery, injury recovery, balance enhancement, and tailored exercise programs. The aim is to enhance mobility, alleviate pain and injuries, reduce fall risk, and support seniors—whether healthy or unwell—in maintaining or regaining their independence. Languages offered include English.

Who can use this
- Seniors residing in Henderson, Southwest Las Vegas, or Summerlin with a doctor's referral. Services are eligible for coverage under Medicare Part B, out-of-network private insurance, or self-payment.
