About this resource
This initiative delivers private case management and independent living support for those affected by HIV. It includes financial aid for HIV medications, transportation to medical appointments, insurance premium assistance, transitional housing, rent support, dental services, disease management education, and referrals to other agencies for essential needs, employment, and substance abuse treatment.
