About this resource

This initiative aids veterans in navigating VA and community services. Offered services may encompass short-term case management, onsite primary healthcare, and access to medical, mental health, and substance abuse treatment. Additionally, veterans can access housing programs such as the Grant and Per Diem program, HUD/VASH, Veterans Recovery House, and Supportive Service for Veteran Families (SSVF) if they meet eligibility criteria. These grants may not provide immediate aid, can be one-time, and often include case management. Support is also available for locating market rate or subsidized housing and linking to community housing programs. The program assists with speeding up VA Benefit claims and offers access to employment initiatives like Supported Employment, the Veterans Reintegration program, and state employment services. Onsite resources include computers, clothing, and hygiene products.

Intake Procedure: Individuals can walk in or call to schedule an appointment. Outreach is available for those unable to attend in person.
