About this resource

This initiative provides a monthly reduction in costs for phone or high-speed internet services. Qualifying households can receive a discount of up to $15.25 on their phone bill or up to $19.25 on high-speed internet, and may also access free data service. The discount amounts may vary over time. According to federal and state regulations, the Lifeline benefit is limited to one individual per household for either phone or internet service.

Who can use this
