Primary Care services are available at three locations: Downsville at 28315 State Hwy 206, reachable at 607-363-2517, with hours from Mon 8am-4:30pm, Tue-Thu 8am-5pm, and Fri 8am-Noon; Roscoe at 1982 Old Route 17, contactable at 607-498-4800, operating Mon-Thu 8am-4:30pm and Fri 8am-Noon; and Walton at 2 Titus Place, where you can call 607-865-2400, with hours on Mon-Tue and Fri from 8am-5pm, and Wed-Thu from 8am-6pm. For intake, please call for more information. Fees are currently not specified.
