The services offered include routine physical examinations, such as sports physicals; treatment for illnesses and injuries; screenings for vision and blood pressure; immunizations; mental health support; reproductive health services appropriate for various age groups; regular lab tests; management of prescription medications; and promotion of health, fitness, and nutrition education.
Intake Procedure: Please call to schedule an appointment.
Travel/Location: The facility is situated next to the soccer fields at Springfield High School.
Fees: The clinic accepts OHP and certain private insurances, with sliding scale fees available. No student will be denied service due to an inability to pay.
Who can use this
- Eligibility includes students, staff, and all children aged 0-19 within the school district.
